By signing in to or using the Real Intels platform, you agree to the terms below.
By signing in to or using the Real Intels platform (the “Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this User Agreement. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Access to the Platform is provided through individual user credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify Real Intels promptly of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
The Platform is provided solely for your internal business purposes. You agree not to (a) share, resell, or sublicense access to the Platform; (b) copy, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Platform; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Platform; (d) use the Platform to develop a competing product or service; or (e) use the Platform in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
You are responsible for any information you input into the Platform, including contact and company records. You represent that you have obtained all consents and permissions required under applicable privacy laws (including, where applicable, GDPR and CCPA) for the collection and processing of any personal data you submit. You agree not to upload confidential, proprietary, or personally identifiable information that you are not authorized to share.
The Platform, including its data, features, and documentation, constitutes the confidential information of Real Intels. You agree to protect such information with at least the same degree of care you use to protect your own confidential information, and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
Certain features of the Platform use artificial intelligence to generate content, including drafts and summaries. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete, and may be similar to output generated for other users. You are solely responsible for reviewing and independently verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it or communicating it to third parties.
Real Intels and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including all related intellectual property rights. No rights are granted to you other than the limited right of access expressly set forth in this Agreement. Any feedback you provide regarding the Platform may be used by Real Intels without restriction or obligation.
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Real Intels will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
Real Intels may update the Platform or this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform, and your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance. Real Intels may suspend or terminate your access for any breach of this Agreement.
